“ We have a lot of NYC style pizza in southeastern Pennsylvania. But this place is perhaps the most authentic. They really are making NYC pizza right here in Bensalem. The pizza is very thin like real NYC style pizza. Much thinner than many other local places who also make NYC style pizza. Their pizza is crispy but it’s not dry. Their pizza is sometimes charred but it’s not overcooked just like how pizza is in NYC. This place even has the high fat pepperoni that curls upwards into a significant bowl shape. You don’t typically see pepperoni like this outside of NYC. Pepperoni outside of NYC is lower on fat and can’t curl upwards like high fat pepperoni can. Just how exactly this place can make a legitimate slice of NYC pizza 90 miles away from NYC should be studied by science! ”
